I have been confused by food and nutrition before.

Hi! My name is Rachel.

I understand the frustration of trying different “diets” and not being able to stick with them and seeing no results. A friend telling you one thing while the media tells you another. It is confusing and frustrating.

My goal is to help you understand nutrition so that you can make educated decisions for yourself and your health.

When I found out that I was not failing the diet the diet was failing me my perspective changed. When I understood how nutrients work in my body, I was able to see a sustainable way to eat that leads to health. I would be honored to walk alongside you in your nutrition journey.
